About the job:

Work as a business analyst cum consultant for GW Claims application. The candidate would need to work as a liaison between business and technical teams to develop a common understanding and elicit, modify requirements, and analyze requirements, and analyze incident/ defects/ problems to identify root cause.

Responsibilities:

Following are the day-to-day work activities:

  • Perform Business Analysis, System Analysis, Market Study, and PoV Creation
  • Define Solution Flow for Transformation and Cloud Migration of Claims Core System
  • Pre-Sales – Define Features and Solution Flow
  • Participate in business architecture and customer demo

Requirements:

Candidates are required to have these mandatory skills to get the eligibility of their profile assessed. The must have requirements are:

  • Experience in P&C Claims system for more than 10 years with solid understanding of Workflow and Lifecycle
  • Guidewire ClaimCenter experience of minimum 5 years as a business analyst / system analyst, 1 years of GWCP
  • Analysis of market trend in claims transformation, creation of advisory on process optimization and intelligence
  • Excellent requirements elicitation, analysis skill and data mapping expertise for IT Core eco system surround claims.
  • In depth understanding on FNOL, Segmentation, Assignment, Adjudication, Settlement, Subro and Salvage Recovery
  • Experience in Claims Data models (GW, Duck Creek etc.), Business Intelligence and Analytics for Claims
  • Basic understanding of policy admin and any other enterprise system being integrated with core claims system.
  • Fair understanding of Marketplace accelerators, Solution Vendor ecosystem and value addition of the same
  • Be up to date with latest technology trends, high level understanding of use case of GenAI in Claims Operations
  • Must have good communication and negotiation skill, should be able to manage internal and external stakeholders
  • Domain certification – AINS 101, 102, 103, AICPCU, BABOK etc.
  • Experience in Agile Scrum methodology should have worked in Global Delivery Model.

Good to have:

  • Knowledge in Agile Manager or related Agile Scrum tools
  • Guidewire Certification in ClaimCenter
  • Duck Creek certification in Claims.
