JOB ROLE AND PURPOSE:

Perform project rollouts of Insurance frontend applications, Rating applications, Billing Systems, Policy Administration Systems (PAS). Establish/manage SLA and present PAS based technical solutions and spearhead the solution architecture for PAS implementations. Work in Insurance domain with a focus on organizational deliverables, best practices and client management using Agile methodology. Complete system study, feasibility analysis, estimations, and project planning. Design/develop and implement Guidewire technical solutions. Successfully lead global implementation and customization programs, which includes building new application, third party integrations, on-call support, and maintenance post Go-Live. Prioritize, delegate tasks, and motivate team members to achieve their best while leading time-critical projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

MS degree (or equiv) in Applied CompSci, Comp App, Engg (Comp/Mech/Electronics), or related field + 3 years of exp. in position involving similar duties/technical capabilities.
